Weekend

Friday night – tired after travelling all the way to Pardubice, you might like visiting a social event – a concert in one of the clubs, a play in the theater or a movie in the cinema

Saturday morning – after having breakfast in a hotel, you might like to walk through the center – buy some of the typical things of Pardubice, such as ginger bread heart or Pardubice’s hockey jersey (semtex explosive is also typical, but not sold as a souvenir)

Saturday afternoon – in the center, you can have lunch in one of many restaurans in the Perstynske Square or the Square of the Republic, then see the sightseeings in both of them and proceed to the Chateau, to see the architecture from the outside and the exhibitions of art and history in the inside

Sunday morning – going to the swimming pool in summer or going skating to the city’s ice rink might be nice, in spring or in autumn, the voyage on the steam ship, where you can also have lunch, would be a good way to spend Sunday morning.
